How JobSeek verifies “direct employer”
We only use the label when the source explicitly identifies the employer/direct application route. A job-board listing alone is not treated as proof that a recruiter is the hiring manager.
For example, Canada’s Job Bank marks some vacancies as “Direct Apply” and identifies whether a posting was posted directly by the employer.
Always open the original listing and confirm the employer, contact/application route, work authorization and sponsorship terms before sending documents or paying anyone.
